Sales-building, merchandising, direct and indirect marketing, costs control, menu engineering, standards and specs, staff selection and hiring, coaching, coffee roasting techniques, cupping and cash systems are just some of the issues addressed in training before your Coffee Bar is even finished being built.

 
   
Prior to opening, you'll spend over two weeks in our Concord, California Service Center and at one or more company-owned Caffino coffee bars. After that, we'll be on site with you both before and after grand opening, to ensure that your staff is in tip-top shape and that your customers experience the renowned Caffino customer service from the moment you open your doors.  
   

After opening, our Caffino field service representatives will continue to help you improve operations and increase sales with new products, new programs, advances in systems, marketing efforts, periodic area seminars and incentive programs. Our arsenal of helpful franchisee tools includes secret shopper reports, coffee bar inspection reports, customer surveys, video reports, periodic seminars and a toll free franchisee hotline.
