Our goal in the franchise exploration process is to make it thorough but enjoyable. There are things you need to learn about us, and things that we need to learn about you, and that requires a level of seriousness that befits a major commitment like us inviting you into our franchise system and you choosing to launch a business based on our system. At the same time, we're going to see a lot of each other in the years ahead, and it's important that we enjoy and benefit from our time and dealings with each other, starting with our first communication. Here is how the beginning of the franchise process typically works:
1. Contact us to let us know of your interest in Caffino. The best way is to use the "Request More Information" link. We'll get back to you right away.
2. We'll talk. We'll explain our vision for Caffino, and you'll explain your vision for launching your business. If you live in proximity to one of our Caffino coffee bars, we'll probably meet for coffee.
3. If we're both excited about opening Caffino coffee bars together, we'll proceed to the formal application process. You'll complete the application and return it to us, and we'll send you a copy of our UFOC and Franchise Agreement.
4. Upon approval of your application, we'll begin to intensify our joint efforts to get you prepared to move forward in your market or markets. Everything from assessing the necessary financing and real estate, to business and project planning. You'll visit our home office support center, and we'll probably visit you in your market.
5. When everyone is comfortable that we have a solid plan to move forward together, we'll execute the Franchise Agreement - and the real work (and fun!) begins.
