Dennis Miller, President and CEO |
| Part of the ownership group of Caffino, Mr. Miller has recently added the role of CEO to his previous position as President. Prior to his involvement with Caffino, Mr. Miller was the Chairman and CEO of EvansGroup, a $350 million advertising agency that represented many fast-service chain restaurants, including McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Panera Bread, and Starbucks. He brings to Caffino a deep knowledge of advertising and marketing that will be important as Caffino expands across the country. |

Bob Taft, Director |
| A proven leader in the QSR industry, Bob has spent three decades in executive management of high profile retail chains. He has been Chief Operating Officer of Fuddruckers, a national, fast-casual restaurant chain with over 200 locations, President of Au Bon Pain Bakery Cafes, with 250 locations, and President and CEO of Papa Gino’s, Inc. a 230 location, New England based fast Italian chain. In addition, Bob has served on the board of several publicly traded companies. Mr. Taft holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel administration from the University of New Hampshire. |

Maryana Mizin, Corporate Controller |
Maryana’s responsibilities include interaction with franchisees on all financial matters. She is also directly involved in all franchisee real estate leasing administration and negotiation. She interacts with franchisees on Caffino’s Gift card program and helps obtain new equipment for new franchisees. |

Bob Biddle, Director of Operations |
| Bob has been with Caffino for 11 years. In addition to his executive responsibilities, he serves as the Caffino historian as he has the longest tenure. He consults with all Caffino company-owned coffee bar managers and franchised coffee bar owners on issues of operational performance, costs, general operational efficiency, ergonomic enhancements, and design innovations. With Bob’s valuable experience in so many areas, he also weighs in on matters of real estate development, corporate policy-making and new unit design improvement. |

Becky Eastman, Area Manager |
Becky has steadily moved up through the Caffino ranks, starting out as an Assistant manager in a Caffino Coffee Bar and, after 5 years, was promoted to Area Manager. Becky is one of Caffino’s “problem solvers”. On-site inspections, training of all new managers, managing operations meetings, team and senior barista meetings, are Becky’s responsibilities. She is one of the people a franchisee meets in training and again when a new Coffee Bar is being prepared for opening. |

Chris Delgado, Director of Training |
Chris has also been with Caffino for 5 years and is the person who manages the training program. During her career at Caffino, she has cultivated valuable hands-on experience in every aspect of operations. She came to Caffino from Round Table Pizza where she was very successful as their training Manager. She makes sure that every new franchisee’s staff is ready at grand opening– overseeing the intensive training and acculturation, and nurturing individual development for all team members. |
