Most coffee shops boast that they sell only the finest coffee. But with the exception of a few other boutique coffee retailers, most coffee is shipped to them in a sealed bag filled with coffee and nitrogen in order to lengthen the shelf life. This coffee is usually roasted in a factory days or weeks or months previously. |

| At Caffino, despite the small size of our coffee bars (200-350 square feet), we roast our coffee on site. We start with specially selected, Grade 1 Arabica beans (the top 5% of each year’s crop) and roast these beans one pound at a time. |

Our machines ensure that the roasting process is automated and user-friendly. The electronic automated control system monitors the coffee bean temperature and automatically cycles the burner on or off throughout the active roast cycle. |

Caffino baristas can roast coffee to any desired degree of darkness, producing anywhere from one to twenty five pounds of freshly roasted coffee per day with minimum labor and energy. |
